mixed feelings about this hotel

small roompoor soundproofing

The room was quite small. i had booked a "superior double or twin room balcony", but it felt cramped. also, the soundproofing wasn't great. I could hear street noise late into the night (it was a constant reminder that i was not at home).

The location was acceptable. It was close to several attractions.

The room was quite disappointing. The window did not seal properly. Constant street noise disrupted sleep. The towels were gray and worn. They looked like rags.

I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. They assisted my sister, who needed wheelchair assistance. The hotel provided fresh drinking water and room service for our needs (a nice touch!).

The hotel advertised wheelchair accessibility, but this was misleading. There was a steep ramp at the entrance. The surrounding area also had challenging terrain for wheelchair users (not ideal).
